RHYTHM CONGRESS was born in a studio on South CONGRESS Avenue in Austin, Texas (the live music capital).  Featuring a solid RHYTHM section and an extra large energetic CONGRESS of horns, RC is committed to keeping old school soul music and classic rhythm & blues alive and thrivin' in Central Texas.

NEW RECORDINGS.  Rhythm Congress spent the past months "breaking in" some new players. We are finally having time to get back in the studio and record with the "new guys".
